The WeCare Group Inc., a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural Northern California, is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services at its Mad River Health Center.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate, timely dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform preventive, restorative, endodontic, extraction, and prosthodontic procedures.
• Administer appropriate anesthetics and prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
• Examine teeth, gums, and oral structures using dental instruments, radiographs, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients regarding oral health and preventive dental care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and submit appropriate procedure coding.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in clinic quality assurance activities.
